Credible Leadership

Expert Module

Editable training materials about authentic leadership and being credible in your role.

Successful leaders come in all shapes, sizes and styles. There is no single ‘best way’ to lead. Successful leaders, no matter what their style, are true to themselves. Like them or loathe them, they are consistent in their manner and method. People know where they stand in relation to them, and this makes them easy to follow (if you respond to their particular brand of leadership).

This workshop is all about recognising YOUR brand of leadership: Knowing how to use the talents you already have and being credible as a leader.

By completing this Workshop you will be able to:

  • Describe five practices of credible leadership.
  • Explain why each matters.
  • Identify what makes you ‘credible’, and know how to make the most of this.

To get a flavour of the core session, you can download our free Key Points Sheet and view the optional Power Point Slides in PDF format on the next page.
